Architects, engineers, and site supervisors work under one contract from the first sketch through permits, construction, and handover. The site is available in English (unprefixed), Spanish (/es), and French (/fr).

EZFORM is not EquityKey Group. EquityKey Group is a sister company that can take on vacation rentals and property care after EZFORM hands over a finished house.

## Services

1. Architecture & Design — site study, concept and 3D, construction drawings, CFIA registration and stamped permit documents, coastal material specification.
2. Construction — fixed scope, itemised budget, draws against verified progress, weekly photo/video reports, punch list and handover.
3. Development — feasibility before purchase, entitlement, water availability, and delivery of a finished product to live in, sell, or rent.

## How a project runs

1. Discovery — site visit or remote review; setbacks, water, access, drainage; preliminary budget band.
2. Design & budget — concept, construction drawings, itemised budget; no build contract off a sketch.
3. Permits — uso de suelo, CFIA-stamped drawings, water availability letter, municipal construction permit, SETENA where required. Published guidance: about two to nine months.
4. Construction — staged payments against documented milestones; weekly owner reports.
5. Handover & aftercare — joint punch list, as-built file, warranties. Optional vacation-rental care via sister company EquityKey Group, or a clean handoff to whoever the owner chooses.
